Matt is a true professional. He was prompt, knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my garage door. He was out at our house for the repair less than 24 hrs after I called. He was able to fix my aging garage door that I wasn't quite sure could be fixed at this point. I will absolutely be calling him back when it is time to replace the doors. I highly recommend Mattadoor!
Matt visited our home and provided me with a few estimates for various door options. He then invited us to come and see one of his current installations, which looked great. We decided on the door type we wanted and in about a week he had and installer named Jared installing the doors. Installation took the better part of a day because one of the door sections was made too short by the factory and they had to go and get a replacement panel. The installer was very professional, personable and did a great job. The doors look great and work very well. Prices were reasonable. Based on our experience we would definitely use this company again.
Really can't say enough good things about Mattadoor. Matt is very responsive, knows his craft, and does quality work. And above all he's honest! Which as many know is tough to find these days. Highly recommended for this type of work.
Matt did a great job. Very quick turnaround on quotes. He committed to a service date, showed up on time, got the job done well with no issues whatsoever. Great cleanup - zero mess left behind for me to deal with. He's also excellent with communication, answers his phone / text / email promptly. Nothing but good things to say, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
It went absolutely phenomenal. The customer service, expertise and promptness are top notch. I would not recommend any other garage door specialist. Matt has exceeded my expectations and made me feel very comfortable especially not knowing much about garage door parts.
He took the time to learn what I wanted and explained my options. Matt showed up when he promised, did the job as he said he would, and there were no surprises in the bill. Three days later, he was installing. It took half a day for two doors and he did a great job. His prices were considerably below two national "big box" home improvement stores. I'd recommend Mattadoor to anyone.
Matt from Mattadoor was great. He came to the house the next day to assess the job. He was the only contractor that sent us professional estimates. He kept us updated with the status, despite the fact that he had a desperate family issue at the time. He started and completed the job exactly when he said he would. He even noticed that the neighbors garage door top panel was installed incorrectly and went over and fixed it for free. The door is great...the quietest garage door I've ever heard. Matt has continued to follow up to make sure that we are completely satisfied. Great guy, great company, great job!
